# View Finances

This guide will walk you through how to access the different financial information associated with your account such as receipts and outstanding balances.

To navigate to the finances section simple:

  1. Login to your account or switch to your desired account

  2. Click on Financials in the main menu at the top of the page.

    You may also navigate to the financials section by clicking on the balance section on the Dashboard. See video for both options.

Viewing different Currencies

To see data for different currencies simply click on the currency drop down (beside the payments button) and select the currency you would like to see data for. The data will reload and you will see the updated information for the currency you selected.

NB there might be a single currency listed and this is because your business is solely in a singular currency.

# View Outstanding balances

By default when you navigate to the Financials section the first batch of information listed will be Outstanding financial data. You

# View Invoices

Once you navigate to the financials page go ahead and click on the Invoices tab and you will get a list of your invoices. You may download these invoices for your record or you may simply view an overview of the invoice.

To download invoices simply click on the cloud icon to the right of the item you would like to download. You will be shown a loading dialog indicating that the receipt is being generated. Once the receipt is generated it will automatically be downloaded.

Warning

Your browser might block the download and prompt you to authorize the download. Once you authorize this download the file will download immediately to your device.

# View Receipts

While on the financials page click on the Receipts tab and a list of your receipts will be displayed. They will be organized in descending order by date. You can download your receipts by clicking on the cloud icon with the down arrow in the middle to download a PDF version of the receipt in question.

Warning

Please note, that you may see Receipts here that are not authorized (meaning your broker has not yet approved or confirmed the payment). When this is the case you will see a message in the status column indicating that the receipt is pending approval.

# Switch Financials Currency

To switch the currency of all the information being displayed on the financials page simply click on the currency text following the Payments button and pick a currency from the dropdown. Once you select a currency, the page will be updated reflecting the currency you selected.

You may see in some cases a single currency being displayed (ex: JA, US, etc...). In these instances it simply means only one currency is associated with your account. So all financial transactions has been conducted in the single currency or your broker / insurer has converted your financial data to a single currency of their choice.
