How to switch Profile

You can have more than one profiles associated with your Login (Default Account). You are able to switch between each profile and view the related information or use profile in the same manner as you do for your default profile.

Important

To switch Profiles you will first be required to have a linked profile on your account. You can link a profile to your default account once you are logged in.

1. Login to your account if you are not already logged in.
2. Click on the two people icon in the top right hand corner of the Main Menu
3. From the dropdown, click on the name of the primary policy holder for the account you would like to switch to.
4. Wait while the application reloads with the information for the account selected.
   • Everything you do once switch is complete is associated with the current account and not the default account.
   • If you send an email to your broker, it will be from the Policy Account holder and not from the default account holder.
   • Any files uploaded and or linked to policies are associated with the policy and the current account and not the default account holders account.

Important

If you logout at any point in time or your session expires, when you log back in, you will be logged into your default / main account. You can always switch to this account once more or you may go ahead and click on make default, and this account will become your default account.

You are only allowed to have 1 default / main account
