How to view Policies

To view a list of your policies simply Click on Policies from the main menu bar at the top of any page once you don't have an active popup notification or modal requiring your attention. You will be allowed to click on the Main Menu from some modal windows but not all. Some require you to complete your action before taking any other steps.

1. Login to your account or switch to your desire account
2. Click on Policies in the main menu at the top of the page.

Important

A list of policies that are not cancelled will be displayed on the resulting page. You can then click on the blue expanding icon on the right side of the listed policy to view more information about the policy such as:

1. Main Insured Name,
2. Main Insurer
3. Policy Type
4. Policy Start
5. Policy End Date
6. Full Policy Id (Broker & Insurer)
7. The value of the Insured Item
8. The Premium for Insured Item
9. Limits of Liabilities
10. Cover Notes
11. Certificates
12. Files associated with Policy
13. Information about the Item Insured
14. Renewal Option (When Policy is in Renewal)

Policy Renewal

If a Policy is in a renewal state then a red bar and related red buttons will be displayed on the container of the policy allowing for the renewal.
